How To Become A Sponsor
As an NIE Sponsor you assist us in providing an important educational tool for teachers and students in our community. The Record-Courier Newspapers in Education program serves as the living textbook in today's classrooms.
We feel that this program can greatly assist with the crucial task of improving literacy and provide our youth with an awareness of the community in which they live.
Sponsorship can take place at various levels. If you would like to sponsor one classroom for the school year, your level of support would be $75.00.
You determine the number of classrooms that you would like to sponsor.
Sample sponsorship levels are listed below.
One Classroom $ 75.00
Two Classrooms $ 150.00
Three Classrooms $ 225.00
Four Classrooms $ 300.00
Ten Classrooms $ 750.00
Fifteen Classrooms $1125.00
Twenty Classrooms $1500.00
There are other opportunities for involvement with our NIE Program should that be of interest to your business. Besides classroom sponsorship, there is a wide array of special projects including various curriculum guides geared to a particular topic or theme.
